These terms govern your use of bioscienceprimelabs.com and any order you place with BioScience Prime Labs. Please read them before ordering.

1. Acceptance

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not order. We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Research Use Only

All products are sold exclusively for legitimate laboratory research and in-vitro testing. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, and they are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any other clinical purpose. No product description, article, or communication from us constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for use in humans or animals.

3. Buyer Qualification

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or represent a research institution, and that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess research chemicals for laboratory use in your jurisdiction. You further represent that you have the training, facilities, and equipment to handle these compounds safely. We may request documentation of researcher or institutional status, and we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Prohibited Uses

Products must not be used for human or animal consumption, injection, topical application to persons, medical treatment, diagnosis, or any therapeutic purpose. They must not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged for consumer use, or misrepresented to any third party as approved for human use. Any such use is a material breach of these terms, is undertaken entirely at your own risk, and voids all liability on the part of BioScience Prime Labs.

5. Product Information and Documentation

Specifications, purity information, and the analytical documentation available for each compound are stated on that product's page. Where a specification is not stated, it has not been established, and you should request the documentation covering the lot in question before ordering. We do not warrant that any product is fit for a particular experimental protocol; determining suitability for your application is your responsibility. Product images are representative and packaging may vary.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted governs. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to limit or cancel quantities, including after an order has been submitted. Payment terms and available payment methods are presented at checkout.

7. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Delivery estimates, destinations, and packaging are described on our Shipping Policy page and are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for compliance with all import, customs, and local regulations applicable to your destination, and for any resulting duties or taxes.

8. Returns

Because of the nature of research chemicals, returns are limited. Our return conditions, time limits, and authorization process are set out on the Return Policy page and form part of these terms. Shipments arriving damaged or materially different from what was ordered must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and contents.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated on a product page, products are supplied "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information obtained from us creates any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioScience Prime Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost research time, experimental costs, lost data, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We accept no liability whatsoever for any consequence of a use prohibited under Section 4.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioScience Prime Labs and its personnel against any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use, handling, storage, or disposal of any product, or from your breach of these terms.

12. Compliance and Export

You are responsible for determining whether a compound may lawfully be imported into and possessed in your jurisdiction. You may not export or re-export any product in violation of applicable export control laws. We may refuse to ship to any destination.

13. Intellectual Property

Site content, including product descriptions, research summaries, and images, is the property of BioScience Prime Labs and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

14. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
