Return & Refund Policy

Research chemicals cannot be restocked once a seal is broken, so returns are necessarily limited. This page sets out exactly what we will and will not take back, so there are no surprises after you order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product must not have been used, tampered with, or reconstituted
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Orders returned after the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number — unauthorized returns cannot be processed or credited
  3. Ship the item to the address provided, with the RMA number clearly marked on the package
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. How long the credit takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider, not on us
  • Original shipping charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable
  • If a return is rejected on inspection, we will tell you why and return the item to you at your cost

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

All products sold by BioScience Prime Labs are for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. Returns for any other reason are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
