This policy explains what BioScience Prime Labs collects when you use bioscienceprimelabs.com, why we collect it, and what we do — and do not do — with it.

We collect only what an order or an inquiry actually requires:

- Institutional information — any researcher or institutional affiliation you supply to establish buyer qualification.

- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected in server logs and used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing site problems.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. Where a third-party payment processor is used, card details are submitted directly to that processor; they do not pass through and are not stored on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process and ship orders, verify buyer qualification, answer inquiries, maintain your account, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. That is the complete list.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to marketing email without your consent, and any marketing message we do send includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Sharing
We share information only where it is necessary to complete what you asked for: with shipping carriers, to deliver your order; with a payment processor, to complete a transaction; with service providers that host or operate this site, under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. Discreet packaging carries no description of contents beyond what carrier regulations require.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and protecting form submissions against cross-site request forgery. Blocking these will break checkout. We also use limited analytics to understand aggregate site usage; this data is not used to identify individual researchers.
Data Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Access to order and account data is restricted to personnel who need it, credentials are stored hashed, and administrative access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your data, we will notify affected customers.
Retention
Order and transaction records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and regulatory purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active. Correspondence and server logs are retained only as long as they remain operationally useful.
Your Choices
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for deletion of data we are not legally required to retain, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
